Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OneJourney (operated by Hotel Direct LLC d/b/a Swift Services, “OneJourney,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit startonejourney.com, contact us, book a consultation, or engage us to build and maintain monday.com automations.

It does not cover the data inside your own monday.com account or other tools you control. As your service provider, we act on your instructions with respect to that data — see section 06.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the work:

• Contact details you submit through our form or by email — name, business email, company, and anything you choose to tell us about your workflow.
• Scheduling data when you book a call through Calendly (name, email, selected time, and any notes you add).
• Project information you share so we can scope and build your automations.
• Basic usage data from visiting the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser), collected through standard analytics. Google Analytics (Google LLC)

We do not ask for, and ask that you not send us, sensitive personal information through the contact form.

We use the information to:

• Reply to enquiries and schedule your free consultation.
• Prepare proposals and scope, build, and maintain your monday.com automations.
• Honour the 6-month workflow maintenance period and provide support.
• Send service-related messages about your project.
• Keep the site secure and improve how it performs.

We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. We do not sell your information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Calendly — scheduling.
• Email and hosting providers — to receive your messages and serve the site. HostGator.com, LLC (web hosting) and GoDaddy.com, LLC (domain registrar)
• monday.com — where we build the work you engage us for.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how parts of the site work.

When you engage us, we may access your monday.com workspace to build and maintain automations. In that role we act on your instructions and only access what is necessary for the work. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than delivering the service, and access ends when the engagement ends unless you ask us to retain it for ongoing maintenance.

We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterward for records, support, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 08).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. Because we operate from Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, we handle personal information in line with applicable privacy law including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable U.S. federal privacy law. To make a request, email hello@startonejourney.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard what you share and to limit access to those who need it.
